I use the ground to get my hips back in trail leg i put pressure on the ball of my foot to push my trail hip back then use the same to get my front hip out of the way

So I'm constantly working on getting my weight shift into my left leg on the downswing, number one thing on my mind during the swing. Does this technique automatically result in that weight shift, in other words, if I am following your drills here, I would expect the weight shift to happen automatically so I can just concentrate on the feelings you mention here? Certainly not. It’s well documented on how Tiger damaged his body, his hip turn was not a factor
