With how much of a hand oda had in the live action it would be weird that he had shanks go in a boat instead of swimming to save luffy maybe he wants to change some lore to make the shanks devil fruit possible

how about the possiblity that shanks has no devil fruit but his sword does just like cp9 chief (enies lobby) or maybe even zoro s swords (kaido recoginition + zoro met grim reaper ). also shanks vs green bull 1st time we see haki being used this way... it came out of his sword. + imu has alot of swords near his throne... also we saw imu in his green zone with a single sword in the ground but the next time we saw him there the sword was gon and it looked like gryphon shanks sword

Yes love the idea of weapons and objects getting DF’s, I just don’t think we’ll see that with shanks although oda did state that if zoro had a DF that it would be Kaido’s and in one of his swords. I think Shanks vs Greenbull the sword helped amplify the haki for better control, pinpoint accuracy. Have also noticed that with Imu, can’t wait to find out what that was about!
