You really nailed that, Tony. We do have control over what we feel for the most part. When your feeling something out of your control, that’s when our balance over the control of our internal world and our external world needs to be at its best so we don’t act out in doing something destructive. This being one of the best reasons also to work as a team with someone who balances out those areas that need work.

We have no control over the external world but we do have a great deal of influence on how we respond to what the world brings us. We can't control another's behavior. And to control your own behavior takes a lot; and most people aren't prepared to put in the necessary work and make the necessary sacrifices and so they resort to plating victim and pointing their finger in search of some externality to blame for their inner imbalances.

Da frage ich mich wie sie die außenwelt meistern konnten, trotzdem es im innen miserabel aussieht? Wenn man von dem Gesetz, "wie innen so auch außen" ausgeht. Wie vielversprechend ist dann der Blick nach innen eigentlich? Oder fügt sich das innen, nachdem das außen gemeistert wurde?

If you are a Master of your interworld you're happy. Is there a spiritual language? A language you speak when you're Master of your inner world. The difference in language but more reasoning with the spiritual language. The reasons are different the understandings different?

I was thinking the same thing… I believe having a good sense of medicated feeling and the feeling you have when they have worn off is a good determining factor of which feeling is a feeling that should be trusted. Just my opinion but I’ve experienced both parts of life and had a complete mindset shift when I found out those things didn’t matter as much as I thought
