if you attack over the wall, it gives the defender an extra dice, as if the defender had a capital. so the wall actually does impact the gameplay, it's not just flavour. i agree though more little details like that would be cool.

Only looking at the bonuses and I'm like, WTF. Who came up with this? Some territorires being 2 and some being 3 point holds giving the same points is sadly nothing new, but Tibet and the south both being 4 point holds but one giving 3 and one giving 5? And then there's the east, which is just a mess with way too many points to hold and only gives 3. What? Nice game on yo, ur part, fun to watchbut the map bonuses make no sense.

Why do they make the bonuses on some maps so bad. Like Liangjiang is a +3 but it’s the hardest bonus to hold…

Probably to reduce the stress and aggro of players contesting and holding it. Gotta make it so a majority of players enjoy playing, not just those that win.

the wall gives an extra dice to the defender when you attack from the north to the south. but it doesnt make that much of a difference and very few people know about this

Just do what your enjoy - it might be a loss of audience in short term, but long term due higher quality of content cause you are going to do what you like it is better.
