Really wish TO wouldn't change their stuff so much. I live in a country where fake products from China is so rampant, its hard to tell which ones are real or fake. And most of the legit TO shops sells them at 3-4x the original price, and most of the time were sold out.

the only solution can be made by The ORDINARY. they should be very clear in producing the same product by setting lines or rules in a new different batch, so that people doesn’t get confuse getting things.

I'm from South Africa, and I'm glad I watched this video before I wrote a review like most peeps, thinking they sold us a fake. Thanks to you, I won't be doing such to someone small business . Terrible from The Ordinary company not to inform their suppliers and customers officially.

Here in my country that older version/product u are saying is what fake the ordinary looks like and it sold very cheap. I dont believe there is an old version and new. It just fake and original.

Here in the Philippines there are a lots of fake The ordinary serums!!! so I always buy to the legit sellers

This was such a useful video. I received 2 ordinary 0.5% bottles but the cap on both products were different. One was softer than the other and i was worried it was fake but this video reassured me that it is normal.

This video came at the right time for me. Deciem should just state these on their website and avoid the confusion. I was almost rude to the beauty supplier I got the NMF from.

Thank you Melissa! I just received The Ordinary products earlier (bought from a local supplier online) and I was trying to find ways to see if it was authentic. After checking this video, all of the details match up and I could tell the products I had was authentic. Even from the text to the batch code and appearance of the contents. This was so useful for me as I'm on a budget and I was worrying if the products I have were fake. Huge thank you!
