Hello! Just came across this video. I recently bought this toner. Could you advice me a moisturizer with SPF that could be used with this? I was thinking the Hydroboost by Neutrogena because it has 50 SPF and I’m scared my acne scars and hyperpigmentation can get worse. Thank you and great video, it was helpful 😊

@@Alberto-cq7kz I've been using it every two nights to get my skin used to it, and so far it has been really good! I pair it with a moisturizer with no fragrances, and so far I haven't had any weird reaction. I hope this helps. :)

@@Alberto-cq7kz Oh, I think it could work just fine! I use hyaluronic acid (from the Ordinary) right after Glycolic Acid Toner (because my skin is super dry) and it works nicely! Maybe try patch testing on the back of your hand before using it on your face. :)

Hey! Just so you know, pixi toner has less glyconic acid(5%) than this toner (7%). So this toner can irritate your skin more than the pixi toner

For me there is no problem to use acids and retinol or vitamin c and i dont have no problems even if i never used those ingrediance before. People are to scared to use mix of those but there is no need, exept if you are super snsitive ageas.

One tip I highly suggest is to tighten the cap after every use. I've used this toner a little over a year and I buy these two at a time. And I've notice if you don't seal these you lose the strength of the product. When I would open the new bottle I would get the little tingling sensation again. If you use acids you know what I'm talking about.

You can use it; PHA is much milder than AHAs and BHA. If your skin becomes very dry, maybe alternate.

My YT Start with nicinamide with your have large pores or hyperpigmentation or just simply Hyaluronic acid serum if you just want moisturisation and just pumping of skin. And for masks; order Korean masks off amazon or other Korean websites. They are very cheap there. And use masks 3 times a week!

You know I think you're right about not doubling up on acids. I have recently upped my use of acids, as well as the potency, and though my skin seems to be getting brighter I also notice that it is looking lined, like a burn/texture. At first I was wondering if AHA/BHA just doesn't work for me but now I'm thinking it is likely that I've gone too strong and so I'm simultaneously improving and damaging my face.

@@thatsseauxnish_ vitamin c is not an exfoliating acid. Unless your serum has some of those acids added in them besides vitamin c you are not double exfoliating.

Don’t use vitamin c and the toner in the same routine. So if you use your vitamin c at night use the toner in the morning or alternate days

Lanae Roberts what I do is I use the toner like every other night with the niacinamide. I guess it’s harmful to use either the niacinamide and the glycolic acid with vitamin c. So what I do is I use the vitamin c in the day without toner and the niacinamide at night. I hope this helped!

You can use it as often as your skin can tolerate it. Every night is fine but, if you find that to be too much, play around with every other night or every three days, etc.

Go for niacinamide and zinc. It will help keep oil under control and prevent acne.

fatima farooq because the toner has a low ph already it’s not recommended that you use anything with an acid with it

Go right ahead. AA and HA do not exfoliate the skin, so there should be no issue.

Hi dear! Can I use the toner after a clay mask (Ahava Mud mask for example?). Also can I use this after exfoliating or scrubbing with the Dermalogica daily exfoliant? Thanks for your help!

After clay mask yes but i suggest you use a gentle or hydrating toner instead after exfoliating, since this toner is somewhat a chemical exfoliation, i wouldn’t recommend over exfoliating.

After doing research I still can’t figure out if I can use the Advanced Clinicals Vitamin C Serum after this toner? I know you said not to follow an acid with an acid but this serum doesn’t have an acid in it so I should be able to use them together right or am I missing something?....Awesome video btw & very informative!

Tootie_ 328 don’t use glycolic acid in the same routine as vitamin c because it cancels out the effectiveness of both products

Yes u can. Oils go last . Wash, tone, moisturize then oil

Heeeey please help. Can I use clearasil pads which contain salicylic acid 1.9% w TO glycolic acid toner finish w my niacinamide also from TO along w my sea buckthorn organic oil ? Please help

Hi! So I’ve been using this product every night and I used to use a physical exfoliator (fresh sugar face polish) about once a week, but I think i want to try a chemical exfoliator instead. I was wondering if that’s excessive? Is this toner enough of an exfoliator or should i still get another chemical one? Thank you so much for your help!
