Genuinely confused why these two aren't widely known everywhere. They are as talented (moreso, in most cases) than any current popular radio act

Excellent point, Patrick. They live in NYC where most of the late-night talk shows are produced. The Tonight Show, Late Night, etc. always have music guests on that I have never heard of. A tune by these guys would be a great way to end the day.
