It's a low income area but not slum or ghetto .very organized. Not dirty.They seem to have electricity too

You couldn't imagine the high price of place to build in in Kigali slum Kigali is not cheap to but a plot specialy in Nyamirambo because there in 3 years will be asphalt road around there as it is the plan

But we not different we have same ancestors we share language and culture and beliefs. We all Rwandans there is no other without others. Maybe u not Rwandan u can’t get it.

They're not as overpopulated as Nairobi (1.7m against 5m) ie Nrb is 3x Kigali's population. With proper controls, they could avoid a situation like Kibera in Nrb.
