Been enjoyin the Initial Listens to these new songs as they drop in here like this. Im a huge 'synthwave" fan, and I really liked those mournful ,moody synths pitching in at the songs intro. Id have easily 'ave heard a whole instrumental of those kinda deep weaves of sound, but its carries onto other places after. Some Sleep Token stuff is just "Grand" to me, but when I do really like it, its on the money.

DO IT There isn't a bad song on that whole album, we were musically blessed in September. Highly recommend checking out Tremonti's album "Marching in Time" too, dropped the same day as Sleep Token's album

I probably listened to this song 50+ times yesterday.. if you only knew what I was going thru lol. And yes, drummer absolutely kills it on this track . Can’t wait to see them this May, hope they play this song even tho I’d def breakdown at the end 🤣

This song is my current state . I’ve lost my brother and mother in law 2 years apart and I’ve had to hold myself together for my wife . When he screamed “if I can hold myself together “ I finally cried like a baby . It felt soooo good. I’m no longer someone else .. I’m together . Worship

8:31 THE TIMING🤣🤣 impeccable. &’ Telomeres, Missing Limbs, and High Water are my favorites with Telomeres in first place, but honestly i’ve listened to the album in it’s entirety with zero skips about 10 times now. You appreciate em all the more you listen to them but still have Fall For Me as my least favorite easily but the entire album really is great. As a whole, like this a lot more than Sundowning. The pacing on the last album was INCREDIBLY slow and repetitive and that’s not to say I didn’t enjoy it. 9/10 well done 👏🏽

That ending could be really boring, but every measure through there’s a bit of variation in the drum fill and the guitar. So instead of being bored you just keep waiting for the next thing they’re going to add. It’s great!

Couldn’t get a ticket less than €300 man, can’t justify spending that much money on a single ticket, lol. Got 2 Sleep Token tickets and a Meshuggah ticket for like €80...no brainer really🤣

@@DrewFortune97 that’s mad Jesus lol I was up at around half 8 in the morning to get mine I paid 90 each for 2 tickets. I think they are only doing seating tickets anyway as far as I know. I’ve never seen a gig sell out that fast it’s crazy
