This isnae an easy one tae post, and it's a bit longer so thanks for watching if you dae, but I think we don't talk about this enough, the pain when oor pals go tae the other side and how close they really stay, so I hope me and my snotty nose will help in some way.
This is just after I held and smelled and said goodbye tae my wee co-pilot for the dreaded Last Time, and left her body at the crem. She was the one who always made it better, and now it was her I was leaving. It hurts every time, but she is so, so special and we've kept each others' hearts safe for so long that it's hard tae know how life will go on now without her (though apparently a certain Messers Jock and Buster have plans for that!)
But running towards death ('WHY?!??!') has given me a tried and tested, battered but very strong faith now, and I know without any doubt that she's and aw the others are no that far away... and for those wi the eyes tae see, I wasnae as alone as I felt... can you see them? There was a wee orb party in the car and seems I was the only mug who didnae know it was going on til after it was over! See how many you can spot! Ain't life just magical :)
