Excellent insights, Tyler. I'd say there's a #4, too: The Simple Penny Lifestyle. You don't have to fiddle around much with a Penny board. There are no tires to inflate, any cables to check, fail, or repair/replace, there are no gears or shifting, etc. Jump on and go have a fun, smooth, quiet, fun-filled ride ! Penny's simplicity is a thing of beauty.

Very agree. I ride penny board because it's so convenient and de-stressing. I used to try like play basketball, table tennis to release my pressure,... but those are competitive and not good for de-stress. Thanks for sharing and hope to see more.

I think the next thing in Penny boards is going to be super wide shorties. The main advantage in port ability in the 22" Penny is mostly from the short 22" length. What Penny should make is an 8" wide 22" long model with 4" wide hangers that has larger wheels around 80-90mm in size. I built something like this but with a wood deck and its so much fun.

I’ll send a shot of my latest restoration-a 1974 DURAFLEX (‘Glass Deck) with original Loose-Ball bearing “Gumball-Grabber MK1” wheels and original polished metal trucks. Super-Soft bushings (red/orange alternated Colours but CYLINDERS only). Had to get multiple sets of cylinders/cones to get the 4 CYLINDER bushings required.
