‘The peoples president’: Donald Trump hugs supporter during Chick-fil-A stop

3 ай бұрынFormer US President Donald Trump has hugged a supporter during a surprise visit to Chick-fil-A on Wednesday.
Shortly after Trump landed at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, he paid a visit to a local Chick-fil-A restaurant.
Despite the huge crowd, Trump took the time to speak with his supporters coming in to take a photo with the former president.
One of Trump’s supporters was heard saying “I love you”, before shaking the former president’s hand.
The former president’s trip comes as he continues his presidential campaign fundraising tour following his hugely successful fundraiser in Florida, where he raised over $US50 million.

This was so beautiful to watch. Everytime I see these videos, it puts a big smile on my face. Those smiles were natural and not forced. The student said ‘don’t believe the media’ and after the hug, ‘mama, I made it.’ The fact a group of students from those HBCUs gathered to support him does show a change. Race hustlers, eat your heart out. People aren’t falling for your lies anymore. What they are not going to say, he went to a Chick-Fil-A and got lots of respect. Unscripted. He went to fallen officer memorial and got lots of respect. Unscripted. Yes, he had a high dollar fundraiser as well and still got lots of respect. I saw this live on Newsmax when they followed his arrival in Atlanta. This Chik-fil-A is near the historically black Morehouse College, and these students remember what Pres. Trump did for HBCUs - arrange multi-year financing for 10 yrs of aid. They're grateful. They know what he does for people, and they want him back. These students love him. Wonderful to see.
