We're back with yet another delectable roadside recipe. Camp chef extraordinaire, Carlin Frimmel, marries gourmet with the great outdoors with this Shrimp Scampi dish that's sure to please.

Savoury Shrimp Scampi 🍤 🍋 🧄
Serves 4 👥
Ingredients:
° 300-400g spaghetti pasta
° 340g frozen shrimp, thawed
° 2-4 cloves garlic
° 6 Tbsp butter
° 2 shallots
° 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
° 1/2-1 tsp chili flakes
° Handful of fresh parsley
° 1/2 cup white wine
° Lemon zest from half a lemon
Instructions:
1. Sauté shallots in butter and 2 Tbsp of olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Then add garlic, cherry tomatoes, lemon zest and chilli flakes and cook for a couple more minutes.
2. Add the shrimp and cook until pink. Then add the white wine and finish with some fresh parsley.
3. Add the cooked pasta noodles and mix everything together.!
