If you want the gravy to be thicker just continue whisking for 3 more minutes, keep in mind once it sits it will be thicker, when using the drippings from chicken or turnkey DO NOT ADD ANY MORE SALT!!!!

I normally use russet potatoes, and at 13 minutes the potatoes are fully intact, I personally dont like my potatoes to absorb any water but here they did and overall it was delicious! Yess you can peel them before but me personally dont like the taste of water down potatoes! Im picky 🤭
Use a potato ricer www.amazon.com/OXO-Grips-Stai... or a colander! This will make the potatoes nice and fluffy!
Ingredients:
6 medium yellow or russet potatoes
12 tbsp butter
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp lawrys garlic salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
GRAVY
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp APF
2 tsp beef bouillon
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 1/4 cup chicken stock or broth
1 serving of love 💕
