I’m so close to +50% of my bodyweight for reps in weighted pull up so I can start one arm pull up training. Better to build strong base strength than rush into it!

12 years ago we had seen the first one arm pullup in italy and generally around the world....but I really never expected that some results could be achieved

@@MainenteAlessandro Oh, to be clear here: A one arm pull up is not a reason to freak out. I'm doing sport for ten years already. And when you're exercising for longer it's only an effort for a few months (3 months or so) of intensive training and you get it. If I asked pretty any other climber who already overcame his decade of kinda consistent but probably not always strict training: Maybe 10% were able to do a one arm pull up rightnow, while in sum surely 90% managed to achieve that goal at least once in their live. That's cool, but not flabbergasting. You train a little harder, focus on max power and once you're strong enough you just do it. What you did is something completely different! To be honest I don't know how hard it actually is because I have never been in shape to do that myself. The only thing I can say is, that this perfect form does require much more than just the dull strength of an overtrained hulk! What kind of muskle control do you need to not start shaking? How did you manage to regulate your speed so accurately? Pulling slowly requires some coordination. Also: How on earth did you manage to keep you body in such an angle?! Your shoulder strengh is shocking! And you went up from the very bottom to the very top. Some ppl complain about the bottom, but I think it's not a big deal - unlike the top. The problem when you are so shredded is, that the biceps starts blocking your full range of motion. You can only put your chin over the bar if you compensate your movement by putting rotation into your shoulder. That way you push yourself away from the bar. According to the "Hebelgesetz/Hebelkraft" it's not that pleasant to push yourself away from the bar. Additionally we see that not only the ching got over the bar, bout you were pulling until your other shoulder hit the bar. For that you have to move away even further. This is flabbergasting!

@@pseudoexpertise i was referring more to his general strength and i think that his execution is a consequence...he is able to do one arm pullup with 21 kg added...i forgot to mention that this is what i considered a result over the average...

You 'll find out you are not that close then. I had the same issue like a year before. Luckly I can do 4-5 from a locked out position now. I'm also soooo close to a +20% BW one arm pull up (I haven't managed to get my chin over the bar with that extra weight yet, but I've come close, it's a matter of time).

One Arm pull ups Free Handstand push-ups Planche push ups Korean Dips Easily the top true Human Strength workouts. For legs I’d say Dragon Pistol Squats and Overhead Squats are the most impressive strength and balance techniques for legs

well i have discovered that the one arm pullup is a skill which can be achieved by the biggest part of the person who follow a proper program....while doing 10 one arm pullup requires more genetic.

@@_El_Jefe1 if you want a suggestion...the negative are too stressful and you can handle only low volume, but the practice of the positive phase is the key and where you must put more volume..it is better to work with a pulley system... i have never used negative and i have almost 1 hundred students who have achieved the one-arm pullup...

@@ark333 take the time it needs….eh dir one pullup with 24 kg before to be able to hit 10 reps in a row. In the long terms the improvenent of the maximal strenght is the key.

@@ark333 probably in your situation i would not work on the full rep because with only 3 reps you cannot do a decent amount of volume/frequency/weeks...it can be more useful work on half rep for the main progression (usually if you can do 3 full reps you can double the reps with the half rom) and scale down the intensity for the full rom.

he is able too...his best was with 24 kg at 65 kg of BW. one hand behind doesn't make substantial difference at this level of strenght.
