BASIC PROTEIN ICE CREAM RECIPE
✔️1 scoop vanilla protein powder
✔️1 frozen banana
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
✔️Xantham Gum
✔️sugar free pudding mix
✔️ ice
✔️ raspberries
Blend protein powder and frozen banana in a food processor for 3-4 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.

This is really helping me stay on track, thanks. I'm using low fat plain yogurt instead of the banana (as per one of your other recipes). I still need to get my head around banana as I've come on over from keto so its taking a huge mind shift to add in carbs. BUT I'm feeling so much better for it❤
