Thank you so much for this recipe, I made this for dinner tonight for my wife and I. We absolutely loved it😍 🔥🙌🏾 she sat here quiet after the first bite and was quiet the whole time eating dinner😂 I said “ohhh must be good since you’re quiet” she replies “you want my honest opinion hun, out of 10?” I say sure! She replies “10! This is really really good babe, I’m so excited for what you have next to come🤣 I said yes next is dessert 🤣🥰 We actually started our plant based journey this week on Monday. 🥰 I can say I have a lot of energy than ever. I don’t feel so tired like I have with eating beef burgers I usually go lie down😂 now am encouraging my family to make healthier choices and giving out recipes❤ So thank you again😁 I am a new subscriber to your channel. @@antoniovazquez2744 I ate it on a hoagie bun. It was a little messy because the bun was to small, the next day I made it I wrapped it in big peice of lettuce then put it on a bigger size bun. This way was less messy. Honestly you could eat it by itself or with chips 💛 Did you end up making it yesterday?

@@Eidann63 if you cook it slowly and use cooking oil and season it right, the texture shouldn’t be leathery. I think it’s more leathery if you cook it for too long or use high heat. 🍄

My favorite food is hamburgers and hamburger substitutes. I’ve had some really awesome traditional beef burgers, impossible burgers, salmon burgers, lamb burgers, etc. Something about the form of a burger just makes everything taste better. Like all the flavors are perfectly aligned, and it’s so satisfying to eat. I would totally try a mushroom burger

Do you prefer Beyond or Impossible? I think Impossible is closer to what you’d expect as a fast food patty, and Beyond is a juicy cookout type burger.

I was planning to make the mushroom burger from minimalist baker but saw this and decided to try this instead. OMG. My husband said this was enough to convert him to vegan eating. It was off the hook! I didnt have artichokes so i used a can of bamboo shoots instead and chopped it up. Wow is all i have to say. The flavor profile is 10/10. Thank u so much.

Looks absolutely delicious, I love mushroom burgers and eat them once in a while. I make a delicious grilled and marinated tofu Portobello burger, but still, my prefered burger is still a patty, even something like beyond beef is so good!

This looks so good! I always love seeing vegan or vegetarian meals w/o aubergine since I’m highly allergic. I’m definitely trying this since I’m trying to go back to vegetarian. (I have nothing against meat eaters. I actually like the taste and only eat poultry since I get bad heart burn from meat)

The artichoke dressing looks amazing. I would do this but instead of pan frying the mushroom, I’d brush it with evoo, sprinkle with sea salt and bake it for 25- 35 mins and squeeze it a bit with paper towel to take out the excess water.

If there is one burger alternative I love that is not processed is this one, honestly I may like it more than vegan burgers, its truly an amazing option for a plant based alternative. I can say that I only season it with some paprika, mustered and balsamic vinegar instead but Portobello mushrooms are a really great base.

I just tried this without the vegan artichoke dip subbed with normal artichoke dip And omg it was so good…..I’m gonna try to make the dip myself next time !
