I dislike commenting on KZfaq. In fact, I can’t remember the last I did. After watching a few videos on this channel however, I felt compelled to express my gratitude. I’m no beginner to martial arts, but I love drilling basics to improve my technique. There are good resources out there, but none I could find that even come close to Patrick’s comprehensive, systematic, and interlinked content. I discovered this channel binging double leg takedown videos before a drill session with a training partner. I couldn’t believe someone had done such a detailed review of the technique instead of a 2-3 minute video reminding you to keep your back straight. I then explored the channel a little more and found how rich its content was. This is a labour of love by someone who cares about effective martial arts and sharing them with the world. Patrick, sincere thanks for all the work you put in this channel.
