I made the perfect waffles 3 different ways! Oreo, Red Velvet, and Original. These are three must try waffles that will not disappoint :)

Regular Waffle Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 whole egg
Oreo Waffle Ingredients:
-24 Oreo cookies (approx. 2 cups when crushed)
-1 and 1/4 cup milk
-2 whole eggs
-1 teaspoon baking powder
Red Velvet Waffle Ingredients:
-1.5 cups of flour
-1/2 cup sugar
-2 tablespoons cocoa powder
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup of buttermilk
-1/2 stick of melted butter
-2 whole eggs
-1 tablespoon red food coloring
Instructions:
Regular Waffle:
-In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and baking soda.
-In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, milk, and egg. Whisk together.
-Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Be cautious not to overmix. The consistency should not be too smooth nor too lumpy.
-Pour about a cup of the batter into the waffle maker and spread gently.
-Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until steam emerges and the waffle is golden.
Oreo Waffle:
-Crush the Oreo cookies until they equal about two cups.
-In the same bowl with crushed Oreos, add the milk, eggs, and baking powder. Whisk together.
-Cook the batter in the preheated waffle maker.
Red Velvet Waffle:
-In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
-In another bowl, mix together the milk, buttermilk, melted butter, eggs, and red food coloring.
-Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Mix gently, avoiding over mixing.
-Cook the batter in the preheated waffle maker until it turns a rich red hue.
