Pile 3 spot on! You kept asking what is their problem, and I know exactly what their problem is. We work together and sit about 20 feet apart with a partition between us. It is torture all day long! 😂 He’s a Virgo, so you know he moves slow already. Besides the fact that we work together, there’s also a significant age difference. I’m much older than him. One day while we were talking about relationships, he made a comment, and said, “Love’s hard, Jenny.” I’m a Cancer, and in that moment, I knew he had been badly hurt before. He is definitely guarding his heart. I feel it when I’m around him. But I also catch him staring at me, and when I’m in the room where we pick up our print jobs, he will come in there for no reason at all, and I know it’s only to see me. I don’t know what will ever become of this situation, but I know what I see, and I know what I feel. I’m sure he’s concerned what everyone will think or say about him being with a woman that much older than him. I also think he wonders if I would even be interested in him. I’ve tried to throw out hints, but I am trying to let him lead. I’ve made a lot of mistakes in my past by rushing out ahead of a man and not letting him lead. And so it just seems like we’re at a stalemate. I wish he would just take a chance and let me in. 🥹💔

Hey omg we wre in a VERYYYYYYYYYY similar almost identical situation. I work with my crush too and the age gap is pretty big ig im about 7 years older than him and he definetly flirts with me sometimes lowkey. we are also gym partners.. we did have a moment together when i actually had the guts to confess my feelings and he said he couldnt bc we are coworkers and after his harsh breakup hes just not ready. he kissed me and stuff but still said he just cant be he follows me every where and idk.. he gives very mixed signals. at this point im giving up and just going with the flow because i dont wanna lose him as a friend ad we are very close too so even if we are just friends i accept that and have been trying to get over him but its not easy.. anyeays just wanted to share my story bc yours is so similar. and good luck!

Omg 😰 it's same my situation we work together we have age gap... I'm 10 yrs younger then him he is my senior also married with a kid ..... But he is very stubborn person didn't confess me his love yet 😞.... Pile 3 married for 13 years had a tough marriage always a toxic relationship I drifted away and he got to know about the betrayal and now in separation he loved me and I did too but we were too toxic for each other. I regret my decision and that’s why took myself out of third party and was trying to work together on our relationship but my friend told him everything and we got separated only when things were going well

I think of the cards of Undecided, Disappointed... all the way through to Only You, Surprise, Mutual Feelings and Romance as being a progression of what's happening previously during separation till currently- Like you were possibly thinking, when you said that that may have been how he WAS thinking and feeling about things 🤔...
