Sebastian is so funny it's like he has an internal struggle within himself from his dad and mom. A little bit of "hey that cake is for guest ", and "look whose walking to school for the rest of the year " because Sebastian lost his bike. We never would've known that unless he told us about his family.

Haha haha I love to hear Pete’s accent. My best friend in life was Italian and a N.Y. born and raised. I mean her parents were straight from italy. My uncle Tony as I called him and my aunt Marie. My bf died in Nov 21 from C19! In NC. We were separated by real estate for a lot of years. I’m in the south where we met.They are all three gone now. Me and L were so close we could finish each other’s sentences. I miss them and I miss her more than anything. We were like sisters.Since we were teens. I never doubted her love for me. The podcast for me started during C19 and this story is just one of several I have to relate, for reasons besides just pure enjoyment, that I fell in love and have stayed in love with it. I love Sebastian's advice about whispering to the a-hole you are dealing with. I started using this tactic with the snatchola of the office and she tattles on me but she can't prove it because only she hears me. Plus it scares the crap out of her. Yes Sebastian that’s exactly how it feels when u start exercising and eating right, the only problem is , everyone goes Gun ho on this in the beginning and then abruptly it stops! I struggled with lower back problems and sciatica for years. Made one change that eliminated it 100%- changed my weight lifting reps from 8-12 per set to 20-40 for legs and 20 for upper body. 48 years old and have never felt better. Hope you two get it figured out and wish you the best.

Hey bros! I have back problems since high school. I’m 42 now. I been doing these workouts from pbs with a former ballerina named Miranda White. There 22 minute workouts...her better workouts are seasons 12 13 14 15 16 17...it took away the back pain for 3 years...I still get it sometimes, the pain, so do a workout n then it helps...if u have time Sebastian check it out bro...love your cast...much love n respect from Bay Area🤙🏼☮️💚💀💀
