I can't imagine, cebu after 10 yrs or so. South coast city is probably finish by then, the new city hall and arena are probably in operation. Along with the condominiums around sm seaside. Monorail might as well finish by then. Buildings for locals will also be done, Cebu roads will be widen. Omg, I love it

I love this hotel because of it's unique design inside and out and a mall that's really a luxury mall for high end brands too. It's also nice to have the MARKETPLACE supermarket which also offers high end imported items, just my POV. Looking forward to visit this place

The Nustar Resort has just started its soft opening, especially its luxury mall. Obviously, as you can see, most of their high-end luxury stores are not open; there are more future developments to come. The NUSTAR Resort is still in its 1st-phase and will have 2 or more towers, more shops, water parks, boardwalk, authentic 6-star hotel, glass-floor Sky Deck, and other exciting future developments.

Grabi may Mott32 sa cebu pa talaga ha Mott32 has a policy one branch per country only and one of the seven branch sa buong mundo with dubai..seoul..singapore..bangkok..new york..toronto...tokyo I think mas maganda pa itong nustar compare sa solaire... At advantage nito sa nustar ay mayrong 35 luxury brand at more soon to open na wala sa solaire at okada

Yes correct 💯%! NUSTAR Resort is the luxurious than Okada or any other hotels in the Philippines! The Okada doesn't have luxury stores like Louis Vuitton, Versace, Gucci, etc. Also NUSTAR has Mott 32. True even BGC do not have these luxury stores! Only Greenbelt Makati has some of these luxury stores like LV, Prada, Gucci, etc. but only few! NUSTAR Cebu has 35 luxury stores! And it has an authentic 5-star Fili Hotel and has rooms cost 700K to 800K a night, and it has an authentic 6-star NUSTAR Hotel, soon to open! NUSTAR Resort is the most luxurious in the Philippines!

Napansin ko na Ung complimentary bottled water sa villa room eh normal lang na inoofer yan sa mga regular room dito sa abroad for a 5 star hotel.hmm tas hindi pre filled ung fridge. Ok. I could tell more sa observation ko sa mga rooms other than that they’re excellent

I agree with you dyan complimentary bottled water. Also for the amount of $7,000 per night sa villa is not worth the price per night. Napaka simple ang room compare to ritz carlton or four seasons suite.

Hehe I wish may bayad nga or may mga free rooms. Kaso ever since nag start ako ng channel nung 2020, lahat ng hotel tours ko ako ang nagbayad. Hindi din kasi ako nagtatanong kung pwede ba free room or may bayaran nila yung video. 😃 It's all good for me sir, gusto ko naman ginagawa ko. 😃 🎥

Cebu should try to copy Macau.. sa mga ganyan sila yumaman and by now sila ang 2nd richest country in the world dahil lang sa mga Hotel Resort Casino all in one na pati event/concert theater na kayang mag accomodate ng up to 15K pa. nandun na sa hotel nila

Nustar resort and Casino is way way better than city of dreams and solaire... Ka level niya is the Okada Currently hindi pa xa fully operational ibang facility at yung 6 star nustar hotel Fili hotel which is the first 5 star flipino branded hotel

Quite an amazing resort for sure. My only question is who is this really catering too? And high end brands in PH make little sense to me, I often wonder who is going to PH to buy luxury brand items, it literally makes no sense at all and the majority of locals can't afford it. I think a lot of this high end stuff is long game in preparation for the future. It seems PH is rapidly developing right in front of our eyes. I plan to retire in PH by 2035 if I have enough saved up and I think it will be entirely different and looking like Singapore or something by then.

It’s not comparable to any 5 star hotels abroad. The rooms are just ordinary with tiny closets 😅. Maybe 5 star in the Philippines but I would rate it at most 3-4 star. And what’s up with the barely there toilet papers 😂

I have been to NuStar. Not impressed. The rooms are overpriced and I have been in better 5 star hotels. The casino has adequate slot machines, but a bigger draw would be low stakes blackjack tables. Minimum buy in is 500 pesos. Las Vegas casinos are better. Plus no free drinks for gamblers, which is common worldwide. Not a great value for your money. The one plus is that there is a great Taiwanese resteraunt in the attached mall. Will not stay there again, but will stop at the resteraunt.
