@@Grymmknight doubt it. I think it’s going to be nuts everywhere. The bigger the card pool, the more ways there are of abusing it, and it’s an absurd effect that punishes the opponent for trying to remove it as well.

But there are also more answers to it, so it balances it out. Time will tell, really. I personally love it and wish I pre-ordered more, as it's already increased its value by 50% in the week it's been out.

It's literally just a color shifted version of mono-blue Djinn. Slightly faster, but it's the same deal really. The decks are pretty much the same. Make it impossible for opponent to kill your thing and win with said thing. The only difference is Rotpriest doesn't have to swing.

Honestly I don't think Poison will have much of an impact. Gruul stompy on the other hand will be very happy to see the RG fastland

Not just any $ingle$, $ingle$, that can be used with multiple decks and formats. I focused on lands and artifacts. Now, every dollar I spend goes to a specific goal - no more bulk, no more multiple unneeded duplicates - every $ on target. The ones above are just from one of my three boxes of Lands (I own about 5 of each - some more (if cheaper) - some less (if expensive). Some of the cards generate colorless mana but have ETB or game effects, some can be a win con (like Mazes End). You have to mix and match to your theme…. …so I have reduced my Basic Lands to 3, try to use MDCF cards, artifacts (Sol Ring for example - but I prefer artifacts that generate Mana and do something else as well like Arcum’s Astrolabe and Thought Vessel).

You can easily cut the mono black manlands and a basic for 3 cliffs.

@@vennominon22 in midrange the man lands are a real wincon, and often the red is less important than the black if you are built for invoke. The only double red in the decks is often chandra(maybe just sorin) and shatterskull(if you run it). The card quality for rakdos is very high, also i only run 2 hive.

@@egoish6762 i'm aware, i play rakdos as well. Personally invoke shouldn't be in your 75 and hive shouldn't be the man land you chose between goblin den unless youre playing sac. If youre not playing sac it should always be goblin den. If youre playing sac there's no reason to even attempt obliterator from the get go

@@vennominon22 doubt rakdos plays obliterator, but if 3 colour piles can reliably cast invoke on turn 5 in standard it's playable in pioneer. I only run 2 in the 75 but especially in the mirror it can be a game winning spell just for the card draw as rakdos is quite light on advantage. I cut and add my den based on meta, sometimes that token is hardy to get damage through or build up a board.
