My screen is sometimes unresponsive on some side, this happened after my phone got soaked in rain, got into the LCD, requiring me to replace it. When I was playing it I like to frantically touch the screen and sometimes whenever I play a game with a camera like 1st person or 3rd person it just turns the camera view so quickly. It got worse over time as some parts become more and more unresponsive, sometimes the screen flickers (idk how to explain it gotta see for yourself), out of anger I sometimes knock on my screen on the left side, slowly building up cracks

Lucky the finger print sensor still works. For those that don’t know, it’s an issue with the pixels, screen replacements can cause issues with the sensor, recalibrate might work but there is a chance it will never work again. It’s an issue that google haven’t tried to fix at all, only providing the calibration tool

You only need to reprogram the finger print scanner if you replace the new one. Some high quality OEM Pixel screen came with new finger print scanner. Eventhough, like everyone else mentioned, the procedure is very easy and literally anyone can do it.
