I'm looking to replace my Galaxy A32 5G as it doesn't have the peek display, as I just don't want Samsung as I think their starting to get boring to me as this is my 3rd one.. My price range is between $160-$200

@@EuphoricBlights setup a bedtime routine, enable adaptive charging and battery saver based on routine. The phone learns your habits and makes the battery more efficient. It can definitely last 24 hours

I've had my Pixel 7 since Monday and while it's got it's issues, it's a damn good phone! Gonna give it another couple weeks before I decide if I'm gonna keep rocking my 13 Pro Max. I will say that my group chats getting messed up sucks. I knew that going in, but it still stinks lol

I "downgraded" from the S22U to the smaller Pixel 7 and I love it! I briefly used the Pixel 6 Pro before that and loved it, but I had too many issues that interfered with daily use. Thankfully, it seems like all the major bugs were sorted out with this generation. There are a few unique Samsung features that I miss (like Dex), but overall, the Pixel exclusives made the experience worth it for me!

That's so funny lol, I traded my S22+ for Pixel 7 Pro. Biggest reason I traded it in was because of how shitty my battery life was on the S22+, I could barely get 1 day. Also, how much the phone heated up when running some apps. Only thing I miss is the slightly more compact form factor of the S22+. Besides that, I'm loving the 7 Pro

I traded my s22 for the pixel 7 and I'll never own another Samsung phone. The pixel 7 is the best phone I've ever owned, period

I can say when I first got my pixel 7 a month ago the signal was decent. wasn't great but I still got half full. Got drop calls rarely. But I don't know what google did because it hasn't done it since that first week and it's been pretty perfect. What I ended up doing was contacting AT&T and asking them why my hot spot wasn't working. They went in and told me that my IMEI wasn't recognized by their system so they had to manually put it in. Once they did that every worked perfectly! no signal issues, no dropped calls, hot spot worked... I don't know if theres just something with google phones but AT&T told me that they only have that issue with google phones, but it's an easy fix.

@@hobbitpsi Thanks for the info. I'm in the UK, but I guess there could be similar issues as I bought the phone unlocked rather than thru the carrier, so maybe need to contact them to finish set up or something. Seems to work fine at home now tho, so will see how it goes. 👍

@@moto_matt I bought mine unlocked too not from the carrier. I think that might be the issue, maybe. However, I've done sim swaps on several phones and none of them had an issue like that except the google pixel 7. Like I said, might be a google thing.

I have a very simple recommendation for you that will fix all these issues. You need to return this and buy a fruit. The one Newton saw falling. Hope it helps. I am past the return period, but considering even basic features being shitty on this, I should have got apple

I agree with the size, could be smaller. I've tried curved display phones, but accident touches are quite often. Moreover my previous phone used to slip a lot, and this has a glass back so I'm afraid.

Totally agree with you on #1. That's the only upgrade I want but the phone is still a manageable size. Re #2, my case really helps with this. I never need to think about ergonomics.

I wish my Pixel 7 Pro was even bigger.

Hey! Thanks for watching and the kind words! And to answer your question, definitely get the Pixel 7! I daily drove the Pixel 6 and S22 together for a year and the Pixel is a better choice in my opinion! 1. I personally think the screen is great especially with the increased brightness and i havent noticed any rainbow effects on my unit 2. There are pretty much no bugs ive experienced as they seriously improved them with the Android 13 upgrade! It was absolutely terrible on the Pixel 6 but the 7 is great! Better than my iPhone 14 Pro in terms of bugs! The only one i can think of is live translate not working with the recent update. People have also complained about dropped calls which i personally havent faced on the Pixle 7, unlike my stupid iPhone 😂 However i did get dropped calls very rarely on the Pixel 6 and 6a but it shouldnt be too big of a concern 3. The fingerprint sensor is much much much improved over rhe Pixel 6 and its been really reliable for me! Ive seen mixed reviews about the fingerprint scanner from other conments but if youre using a screen protector, make sure to enable high sensitivity! As for rhe last two questions, i unfortunately dont own a car so im not sure how the android auto expeirence is! As for messages, the Pixel actually has a snooze notification feature where you can set a message to go away and remind you on which ever time interval you want! It works for google messages and a few other texting apps too but you should search it up to make sure it fits with the apps you want! But overall, the Pixel 7 is an infinitelt better phone than the S22 with better software, much better battery life, and better cameras (minus telephoto)! Actually try recording multiple versions of your finger print. Using multiple angles.

@@mxblackout I've tried for a week of ownership and still same results even after Dec update. Not the biggest deal as the positive faaaaaaar outweigh the negatives. I'll bring it to retailer tomorrow to try another P7P just in case it's a hardware issue. Appreciate the help 🤝

Current Pixel 7 user, and I used a Pixel 6 Pro for a while too... I think if having a telephoto lens really matters to you, or just having a really big phone in general, get the Pro. (Keep in mind though, the smaller one isn't exactly small.) Otherwise, the Pixel 7 is 90 percent of the phone for like 60 percent of the price. I'm super happy with it!

Do you notice any connection issues 5G/LTE signal strength and speed compared to your previous phones? That's my only concern as I am waiting for my order of the 7Pro.

@@ratukamina Till now. Connection is great. Have some problem with camera though. Sometimes software needs time to do things.

Samsung UI is better than pixel I'm waiting for pixel 7a just for camera and photos.

@Gadgetsu Kingston has a lot of history. Especially around the RMC. Lots of places to get great photos. If I was you I would switch providers and try that. Thank you for the suggestion, I hope that I do make the right decision I currently am using the s21 ultra and I love it other then the fact the wifi sometimes drops. Other then that it's great.

I heard someone mention for android users to use an app called blue bubbles you might wana try that.

@@ratukamina I actually have tried blue bubbles & airmessages. I ran it in a MACOS VM on an old laptop but the problem is the phone number. It only works with your icloud email unless you also have a spare iPhone running along side unrealible methods

Pixel 7. I come from s22plus and don't miss it at all. It's just other experience with Pixel.

How so?

Well the last phone I used for 2 years was a Samsung Galaxy A21 and that phone was a bit sluggish and it got a bit annoying for me. It was still usable but I saw the pixel 7 going on sale so I picked it up. Ok so it changed my life because now I enjoy taking photos because the photos always come out nice. Some random fact because lm bored: I'm the only person in my family to use an Android. Sorry for writing too much for a reply 😅
