Captain Sideburns is such a weak example of a security guard. I kinda don't understand the point of G4S or practically any security as they can't do anything. They just call the police. What a pathetic response from a public building. The way she just didn't care about her own department's memo - at least at first, then she just ignores it anyway. Once they have asked you to leave and you haven't, surely it's pointless constantly asking the same thing. I also can't stand the way that people think they need to give permission for you to film them.

Most members of the public do actually believe a security guard has some weird power over them different than anyone else does and will comply at a drop of the hat.

“It’s a government building”. It’s sad those working for the government doesn’t have a clue of principles being core of democracies. If the HRA - gathering of information - cannot take place, there is in fact no government present.

Another very good audit by PTTP, the DWP are mostly to blame here, they create their policies and procedures, but then fail to give their staff and security guards the necessary training to deal effectively with situations like this. So hundreds or thousands of pounds of public tax money is then wasted by the police being called out for a non emergency, which they could be using their time better to attend more important and life saving incidents.

Many of the most vulnerable in society use these services which is why these job centre audits are particularly important. The way PTTP regularly repeats our rights and relevant laws is also especially useful.

Another hilarious and misguided jobcentre reaction What's even better is dwp and G4S provided there security with training very recently to all dwp security and staff regarding auditors and people recording.

It is Civil in England. Scotland has very different and quite complex trespass laws. In England a Trespass can become Aggravated Trespass and that then is. Criminal Act.

Filming is breaking the law. Being rude is a criminal offence. What a fool Anita is. She needs to adjust her attitude. The police were great but I find it amazing that they are happy to tell you to your face that the reason they want your details is to run you to see if you are on the system for anything, ie. to incriminate yourself. Who in there right mind would thing that is a wise thing to do??!! They really must think people are stupid.

It makes me sick that the police will not attend a vehicle theft or a hit and run , you are told to report the crime on line yourself, get the melts from g4s a the DWP and it’s all hands on deck even though it a miss use of the emergency number.
