This channel has so many creative variations, with voice counts, with breath holds, theory and so much more that it is definitely the BEST EVER PODCAST about breathing. A GOLD MEDAL OLYMPIC LEVEL PODCAST. I would ask youtube to start to give medal for QUALITY content and this channel is the winner. .

You can, but you will not be able to get as deep into your breathing. Your full stomach will reduce your ability to take a full, deep breath. That being said, you could certainly still try it... and maybe you will discover how to use slower, gentler, rhythmic breathing to help your digestion.

It is recommended actually, as oxygenating your blood right after a meal will help you break down and metabolize the food in your stomach much better than not doing breath work

Actually Thomas it is better to do this breath work before eating, in the am before your breakfast and coffee is a good time. If you do with full stomach your body is busy trying to digest so your breath wont be as deep. 💞

Breathing time is too short; about 40-50 breaths and slower. Retention time is too long. Two minutes is the best. CHeck out Wim Hoff.

I do Wim Hof as well. This isn’t wrong it’s just different And most of wims routines are 30 breaths And you are confused if you thought that only a 2 min retention is best. I can assure you that the majority of us strive for longer holds. I have only gotten to 3 minutes a few times but I will get to where it is every time. There are people who hold it much longer

Breath length and retention length is individual and can be longer or shorter or faster or slower. Wim even changed his app accordingly

I dont think this is the right breathing Techniques, its to fast and tthere is no real concenration, and holding down your breath, for a few seconds and release, you have to allow your lungs to relax, and not to reforce it, it could pump to much oxigené into into your Brain Circuit.
