Gay Talese (journalist, author) discusses his career as a narrative journalist and author. Talese talks the audience from his humble beginnings to his present success, while sharing the lessons he's learned along the way. He emphasizes the value of politeness, traditional good manors, portraying yourself with pride and treating others well. His speech is followed by a question and answer session.
