Synopsis:
Six years ago, Detective Kirk Maybourne faced off against the diabolical Richard "Dick" Justice, a criminal lawyer with connections to Bakersfield's underworld. Although he succeeded in bringing Justice down, Maybourne paid a high price: his partner Leon Valence was killed in the crossfire.
Now, a mysterious assassin - directed by Justice - has emerged from the shadows, killing suspected criminals and dirty cops without due process. It is up to a weary Maybourne - aided by Deon Valence, his old partner's twin brother - to take down this new threat and end Justice's reign of terror once and for all.
