i think one yautja and han is a pretty even match at ranged, id give it to the yautja at melee but han in space combat. han and chewie TOGETHER? no shot any less than 10 hunters working in tandum are walking out alive

@@lexzetusko As mentioned, I don't think Han would fight fairly (or honorably), so a slight edge to Han in a one-on-one. Shifts back with two-on-one, but adding in Chewbacca, who can use scent and possibly different vision to track them? Definitely has similar or greater strength.

I’ve heard about a place that’s nearby where we can hold up for a while” Chewy: *Questioning Chewbacca Noise” Han: No unfortunately we’re banned from that particular establishment but the one I’m talking about is apparently a total hive of scum and villainy so hopefully nobody will try to bother us or attempt to rope us into another harebrained job.

Ok John, so I think I know what happened here. The Yautja were recently given the 2024 1st quarter updated list to dangerous to fight and Wookie was on the list. So, they probably didn't start with Wookiee being present because they assumed you would immediately hang up. Actually re-looking over the list Chewbacca was also included on the list for individuals not to mess with.

Chewbacca would be better at climbing trees than the Youtja. And his bowcaster would pack a hit they wouldn't expect. If they are fighting on Kashyyyk they also have the wildlife and carnivorous plants to deal with.

Also, if they're fighting on Kashyyk there's the small matter of Chewie's family. I mean, forget about his pops, Attichitcuk, being a war chief - the old furball is retired, so he might, just might, be without his warband. Possibly. Hopefully. The real problem is Chewie's WIFE - Mala is bigger and stronger than chewie, and while she's patient (you'd have to be when your husband is out gallivanting across the galaxy most of the time) trying to ace her mate in her presence is the best and fastest way to get mauled.

Yeaaaah. Han is pretty vanilla and Chewy has some skills. Together tough they quickly force (HA!) multiply. A close in brawler with LOTS of experience backed by a dead shot gunslinger would make for a rough fight.

That bowcaster can literally oneshot stormtroopers and go THROUGH their armor. The stuff they wear can't fully stop a normal blaster but it's meant to be good enough to prevent fatal injury. A bowcaster is going to just smash right through and make salsa out of the trooper's innards.
