Having thought about it for a while the predators might actually have a pretty decent chance depending on how big of a jump they get on the Winchester boys and provided they're able to take out both of them so that neither of them can make the resurrection bargain. After all both of the brothers got their teeth kicked in pretty hard by pint-sized fairies.

Sounds like Sam and Dean are going to be adding some Yautja-manufactured equipment to their already considerable armory. For those that don't know, when someone manages to impress the leader of a Yautja hunt, that leader will start considering bringing the now former prey as fellow hunters instead of the quarry. That and if Sam or Dean manage to salvage any gear from the predator that comes after them, they'll probably be allowed to hang onto it with no strings attached as the Yautja stick zealously to spoils of war rules, meaning if you get the intact gear of an opponent, you get to keep it outright as you were clearly a powerful and/or skilled warrior and deserve to add that gear to your own armory. After all, when Danny Glover's character managed to kill a Yautja with a shot to its head with his police-issued pistol as one of that department's duly sworn detectives, the leader of the hunt ended up tossing him a flintlock pistol he'd grabbed off a minute-man from the US Continental Army as the last human that managed to impress him as a trophy for killing one of his guys. As such, Sam and Dean may well get drafted by the Yautja as local guides for one or two hunters that have decided that the demons the human brothers already fight are the new and irresistible prey to be hunted, as that was what the Xinomorphs were seen as in the Aliens Versus Predator movies, and the only human that survived the first movie's story was gifted a Yautja spear for her victory.
