This is next to Katedan Industrial area , that is the biggest USP of this project . The High Tension Power Lines are also one of the USP of this project.

@@rammanohar8161 radius of ORR from narsingi to patancheru infrastructure is different. Then kokapet, neopolis, gandipet etc outside ring road..

Buying right now as even if we assume price remaining same till then, eventually sale price would include markeup in time of GST paid. End user will bear it always

As long as you have enough money to buy and not stress over paying EMIs, GST or OC doesn't matter ..
