I think Drew Carey gave all of these 3 millionaires their Big Price is Right Million Dollar Checks after the airing of the daytime episode from April 30th.

That black stage actually makes Studio 33 look much wider than what it is. It makes me wonder of that's the same black tiles used for the Doug Davidson Price Is Right in '94 and the same ones used for Real Time with Bill Maher. Also, Water Ski from Universal Production Music can be heard at 1:56. That was one of the background cues used on the Prevue Channel in 1995.

With regard to over-animated contestants, I would imagine that the show's directors, producers, or whoever, tell people to act very excited over any prize that comes up and tells the audience to cheer and clap loudly. After all, it is a game show and this is expected. I feel sorry for Drew sometimes!
