Interesting idea prefer the Norway and the Finland prison and mental health system. I think this referred-to system will backfire. Who we call a criminal in the future may not be perceived in this respect in the future. What if the victim is complicit or they are also exhibiting antisocial behavior, what if they have lied or their relative and immediate family have? What if the person allegedly exhibiting criminal behavior is covertly being traumatized/ re-traumatized because they are the actual victim. The process is ever going to destroy and disarm thus removing potential and turning the subject into a vacant shell. There again perhaps the subject (prisoner) would avoid the experiences of their victim they would be party to the warning signs and therefore be forearmed.
