Hi Cody, I love your videos. I am a young swimmer from country South Australia and just one my state championship. Chasing Kyle chalmers records because we are from the same club and I am very close you are very relatable and heart warming watching you videos and you show that there is more to swimming then just swimming laps. Keep it up.

I'm going to need a WHOLE lot more info on what's happening in the ear shot?? They measure your lactate there? What are you shooting for and what do you do before/after they measure? (are you doing a WU set before or after or anything?)
