Hi, Do you have videos for Revising the schedule that have already actual % and mhrs on which the EV = PV so that after revising the schedule on update it will have the same schedule % or the end % equals to 100%. As of the actual update becomes the plan schedule which is the baseline. Thanks for the videos by the way, I have learned a lot while following yours.

To show overlapping we have to show Longest Path Noth Float Path

1. Actual start date (if the activity was started), 2. Actual Finish date (if the activity was finished), 3. % Complete Type? is it Physical, is it Duration, is it Unit? if you set % Complete type into physical %, you should update physical based on actual condition on field in the status tab, then manually update remaining duration in the status tab, then manually update actual unit in resource tab. 4. run the schedule according to data date if you set % Complete type into Duration %, update the duration manually in the status tab, so labor unit and Non labor unit will automatically change, and also duration will automatically change then run the schedule if you set % Complete type into unit %, update the unit % manually in the status tab, so labor unit and non labor unit will automatically follow the unit %, then run the schedule Please correct me, Thank you
