Derbies will likely more easily accommodate higher insteps, though an appropriately-sized Oxford should be fine, as you can simply adjust the lacing. Hard to say, as that is such a minute detail and also very personal based on what is comfortable to you. It may be worth going to a store and trying shoes on just to get an idea. Dark Brown is great and the most versatile and is my suggestion if you do not own one already. Can't go wrong with a Dark Burgundy, though. Still very versatile, just with a touch more character.

Thank you for the comment! The emphasis here is on minimalism, versatility, and style. If you could have more suits than just one, I would definitely go with a medium-dark grey with flap pockets. I am happy with the suit shown here (and it definitely covers my butt!), though it could be improved. The cut could be a tad looser, the lapels a bit wider, and the sleeves a touch shorter, though those are small things. I haven't had anyone call me a boy-man yet, though maybe that's what they are all thinking! Both Poplin and Twill are typically 100% Cotton. Those Nordstrom shirts probably are not though - I have had them for a while. Shirts I buy now are usually either MTM or from vendors like Kamakura. I did not intend to make any brand/SKU-specific suggestions in the video, though I listed the items in the description in case anyone wanted to know. I'll add a 100% Cotton option in the description as a recommended alternative! Good note! Wingtips are simply a variation of an Oxford, which are on the list. You could choose a Wingtip if you prefer it over a more austere, minimally-brogued shoe. They just seem a bit too casual for anything very formal and I think anything you would use them for could be covered by either non-wingtip Oxfords or Loafers. These are great thoughts, though! Perhaps in an upcoming video I will do a more 'strictly' office/executive wardrobe focusing on more muted, conservative looks and higher grade materials. I wanted this video to be a bit more accessible to those who don't necessarily have a "massive closet or budget". That is why I was also not brand-specific, even though some items shown are lower grade, and some are higher grade. I appreciate your feedback!
