I would recommend real pull ups. Not this shit.

Michael Morales thanks man!! Literally did weeks of researching of CrossFit and the movements and I didn’t realize how new CrossFit was. And how dangerous it is. So I’m just going to work on safe movement patterns

@@tross96 Strict pull ups and kipping pull ups are different movements with different purposes. Its like sprinting vs jogging. CrossFit trains both types of pull ups but I would not do the kipping ones until you develop the strength to do multiple strict ones first.

A kipping pull up is neither a kip nor a pull up.

I mean they can help for muscle ups,which are severely different from muscle ups.
