I believe this baby was born with swimmers syndrome ,you need to use a stretch band to hold her legs together so she can stand up building strength in the muscles of her back legs once she gets stronger she'll be able to walk like any other normal dog.

This lady has many channels. One of the channels she goes by the name Ms Chibi & she normally has another guy sharing the same house, also a so-called rescuer. They tend to re-use the same puppies in their video contents but in different scenarios. But this channel has a different format but using the same resources, etc. I hope she really rescued this puppy because this puppy is so cute and adorable and a very patient puppy while being bathed and fur dried.
