Why women are hot and cold and why you shouldn’t take it personally.
In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who has read 3% Man, 6 times. He met a girl about 6 weeks ago he really likes. However, since he hasn’t taken the time to really learn and apply the book properly, he still doesn’t understand that women often act like cats. They can be super interested in you one moment, and be needing space the next as if she’s bored and uninterested. He’s getting butthurt at her mood swings when it usually has nothing to do with him, but is just a reflection of her changing emotions.

She's just not that much into you. Work on yourself, lose weight, regain your confidence, hook up with her eventually (only if you can without becoming attached to her), start seeing other women and stick to the one that truly values you and your time, without hot and cold attitudes.

It’s possible she is avoidant because she is insecure and is catching feelings for him. Best thing to do is give her space. It’s not that she isn’t into him, because from this email she was very much into him

Almost 100% of the problems those guys come with in the video newsletter could be solved by READING THE DAMN BOOK 10-15 TIMES. And that, for me, is the magic of Corey's work. No bullshit. No secrets. No "private members area". This motherfucker literally says "want yo change your life? Here's everything I learned for free" and most guys still wont do the work. Shame. Thank you coach for still being patient and going forward for the few of us out here who had the balls to actually believe in your work and implement it in our lives. I'm really really grateful for that.

😮‍💨 I'm dealing with a guy like this, she is distant because she is tired. It's exhausting reassuring someone 24/7 . I back away after I needed the support he didn't seem to care, this type of people only know how to take but no to give.

This is so true about women helping us to overcome our weaknesses. I've been seeing a girl over 1 1/2 years. There's been a lot of ups and downs but she keeps coming back to me. We separated last year for 4 months. We got back together. Since then I've quit drinking and quit Rx meds. Absolutely quit. Not quite a year yet. I feel so much better spiritually, mentally, physically and more of an inner peace and very positive and enjoying my life more than ever. She's become more involved with me than ever. There's one big issue going on that I won't deal with. I've expressed that it needs to change. I'll try to come back here and update to let you know. Thanks Coach.

If women play hot and cold games, they are not into you and seeing someone else. So, if you are experiencing this, check your game and date other women.

Yup, means another person is in the picture, but then again there is always someone else in the picture whether it’s an orbiter, dudes commenting on posts, or guys trying to talk to them in the gym/school. They are never “alone”

Agree!!!! She could be into you when she is hot (and other guys are not providing attention or when a guy breaks up with her) and cold (when a guy she likes is providing attention). I have female friends (all different ages 30s, 40s, and 50s) and I see them do this to guys all the time.

@@ollivermiltonThat's true. But let's assume he has a secure attachment style. In this case, there is still no point in dealing with a dismissive or fear avoidant.

@@trollhunter3944 also there is the attachment style of the girl. If she is constantly between hot and cold She probably has an avoidant style and some deeper issues. Still, backing away and giving her space would be the best way to go. But it would suggest to reevaluate the overall situation as relationships with avoidant are very painful.

I had a similar problem and by following CCW's counsel like what he shared here saved the relationship for me. It really works if you follow what Coach says here. Not easy to do it you're insecure but that's in you not her. It's the work you need to focus on. Ease up and let go and allow her to come back to you. Read the book! Listen to this video over and over! It really works. Thanks CCW!

Exactly! My issue was I needed to handle my emotions better and not let anxiety take over because once that happens it's over and women just know for some odd reason.

It is very true Corey ! Thats why one day i will engage more and others i like to do my thing. I feel the more you press it tends to push them away a bit. I been talking to this woman that i spend the weekend with after 4 months talking since were 7 hrs away. I noticed she isnt quite over her past since she tends to bring it up alot. So im just giving it a little more time but been pulling back here and there but she usually contacts me first or asks to video call which sometimes i do but dont like to over do it. Im still gonna keep my options open either way ive learned that no matter what they say theres always a chance they change their mind. Long distance is a big commitment and unless shes in 100 percent in im moving on. Time is very valuable especially once you hit your 30s lol. Women are definitely weird but i guess we just need to play along but not be the first to show our cards.

Omg why do these guys come unglued when dealing with a woman? Take your emotions out of it and you will see a huge difference. I don't mean be a cold fish but don't care so much about her reactions. Just listen and observe. She will tell you everything you need to know.

Coach, you should create a set of study flash cards or a workbook to supplement the book. I’m considering making a study set myself. It’s how I handle many college courses, and your content would fit that style for learning better than just reading the book several times. That’s an inefficient method of learning by itself.

@@davidcamero2063 That's not what I'm saying. Reading by itself is an ineffective study method. It's passive. Things like workbooks and flash card study tools are proven to be significantly more effective. Besides, if we already bought a copy, then he has no further financial incentive for us to simply read the thing over and over.

Hey Coach, Ive been seeing this women on and off that's completely knocked my socks off. As you would say. I read your book 3 times so far. On my fourth read. She's been acting hot and cold throughout our relationship. Unfortunately she was in an abusive relationship for a long time and her ex is not cooperating in setting her free for good. Basicily in the middle of a divorce. I've been watching her interest level ever since reading your book once. I've deployed the no contact multiple times and she always reached out eventually. At least in the past. I'm back using the no contact for about 2 weeks. She's giving me lots of indicators that she sees a future for us. It's such an emotional Rollercoaster. I know what you're gonna say coach. She's unavailable. Fuck this shit. You gotta focus your time on someone's that is willing able ready and available lol. Figured I would share my story. It sucks !

My girl got cold on me but i had a lot to do with it i kind got a lil aggressive with her, not physically but told her a few thing i shouldn’t had said, but anyways she said she needed some time to wrap her mind around things so i gave her some space, either to say week went by till i stomp into this video and really opened my eyes, so i decided to take coreys advice and text her and ask her” you been a lil distant lately, is everything ok? Recently got in a relationship and she told me "you are getting dangerous" i askes of course what do you mean and she she went talking about that she was starting do get attached to me and it scared her eventually she told me im was the first person to break down her wall that she put up after her last boyfriend and after letting her talk for a while she told "thank you for just listening" this made me feel so good thanks corey! But is this her way of saying "i love you?" Of is she getting there?

He's not the only contender. She likes him, but she's not fully sold on him so she's likely still entertaining other options. Women are insecure and cant be alone, so they'll string along men to give her constant validation while she figures herself out or finds a guy that is more fitting.

Yeah, the thing with the weather, if I you're in the amazon rain forest and you're upset its raining, that's on you but if you move to the south of France and there is a hurricane one day, sunny the next, then freezing cold, then a heat wave, it might be pretty warranted to ask, "ok, what the fuck is happening" and get pissed off. Also, If I am getting dropped like a bad habit at any given time, for any given reason does that not seem pretty disrespectful to be treated like background noise whenever things don't exactly work out or when they just get bored? Id rather they just stay away if that's how its going to be. The one foot in one foot out, hokey-pokey act doesn't do it for me. I'm good, next.

How about, women needing to learn to control their emotions. At some point women need to take responsibility for their actions. A man isnt responsible for a woman's actions and lack of self control. Also, women need to learn to communicate verbally. Putting it always on the Man, is just an excuse for them not growing. Its toxic and immature on their oart.

Need help guys! I had a coworker who I was involved with and we started off super hot and now we aren’t speaking it went cold it’s been like this for a week. She blew me off then I asked her for another date last week and she said it wasn’t a good week. She invited me to her birthday event before then and invited some coworkers. I’m doing no contact and pulling away not even wishing her a happy birthday but should I still go to her birthday thing? I feel like if I don’t go she will think I’m butt hurt but also why should I reward her with my presence?

If you decided to go no contact then no, I wouldn’t go. Your words & actions have to be congruent. Going no contact & then showing up would be weird. If she wants you to go she’ll definitely let you know. She blew you off so it’s up to her now & if she wants you back her life, she needs to do the pursuing

@@abstract-thoughts I think initially I was too available I would respond fast and text and be on the phone all the time with her everyday. We went out made out several times. She’s single and so am I so I know she was seeing/ talking to other people and so was I. She said she really liked me and had these feelings for me and then one day she said she was talking to this other guy. I asked her out, we went out then when I set a date she flaked said she wasn’t feeling well then a couple of days later I tried again which is when she said this week wasn’t good. I had started to pull back a bit and take my time to respond but now we just both stopped talking to each other.

@Gabriel Vega got it. Yeah it does sound like too much too soon. Giving her space is good. I'd say don't reach out at all until she does, then assume she wants to get together and make a date as Corey teaches. Then follow the once a week date / minimal texting per Corey's work.

Something feels really off with what the writer is saying. So he gave her space and she said thank you for this but then she says she wants space 🤷🏼‍♂️ I think there’s more at play here than what the writer is letting on. Maybe there’s another guy in the picture and she’s just confused and doesn’t know how to feel.
