Yes she does. The raf have vip jets, but they are prioritized to military roles so it depends whats available.

For the first trip, at least, probably not the best idea for a British monarch to arrive in Ireland in a craft with military livery... diplomatically, you know what I mean like?

UK & Ireland have had their issues, but that hasn't stopped the UK loaning Ireland £3.25 billion during the credit crunch, or offering up 4m vaccines (nearly enough to do their entire population), and having a Common Travel Area with each other, so if anything Ireland should leave the EU as well, as it's clear we are firm allies now. Just as it should be! Much love and respect to the people of Ireland.
