On Day 3 both myself and my friend conducted searches of the Southern banks of the River Shira, Bridge of Orchy, Scotland.

I just stumbled upon this channel. Such a sad turn of events. Not wanting to meddle, but have you considered contacting the Dutch authorities for advice and perhaps help? We have our occasional missing persons too. Even as we speak. And often they are found close to the spot where they were last reported. Also often just hidden from plain sight, and in places previously investigated. The Dutch authorities have several highly specialized teams using dogs and drones. The drones can quickly cover large areas and determine spots of interest. The dogs can sniff out bodies under water, even after significant time has passed. I expect the UK has similar teams, but still. Utter respect for your efforts. I sincerely hope they pay off.

Thank you for your kind comments and advice. Trust me the area has been covered by Mountain Rescue Teams, Police Teams, drones, search helicopters, dive teams, specialist dogs, basically everything you can think of, but still nothing has been found. Like you have mentioned we know of the stories of areas that have been search many times yet at a latter stage a body has been found, hence the reason I have searched and again searched the closer areas, but still nothing. However our area of interest now is the slopes and Valleys to the north of the Loch, Neil has a history of wandering and getting lost, months earlier of Neil going missing on this occasion Neil actually got lost for five hours in another part of Scotland. He was with the two same friends, Mountain Rescue were called out including a search helicopter, Neil was found on his way down from the high slopes at that time. Atb Bill.

LOL..."Stupid dog!" I'd have a add a bleep every now and again if I would keep them in! LOL I've noticed a change, are you in cinematic mode now? Dear, that wind actually sounds cold...brrrr! Thanks Bruce. To be honest I don't know what day it is let alone if I'm in cinematic mode lol. Been very busy lately, researching, planning then travelling and searching. Back to normal mode soon 👍 Atb Bill and the three ass wipes.
