-The more you focus on it, the worse it gets 1. Practice Non judgement - Stop calling things good or bad -Stop judging your DPDR, it’s bad -Surrender to it - I accept the way life is 2.Let go of the desire to make life different or for it to change -I don’t want to be arguing with my boyfriend -Let go of the desire to feel normal or recovered -You mind won’t think about it as much and you will get better

I used to constantly look at ways to “fix” my problem of dpdr. I have a panic disorder and OCD mixed so it’s taken me almost a year to find that right place in myself to finally not want everything to go back to normal. I never thought I’d say that. If what I go through is my normal so be it. I still struggle some days but Ik one day this will never cross my mind.

u feel unsafe and incapable of things because of these symptoms. But know that in reality your soul is still worthy and so valuable by itself. you dont need to get rid of these symptoms to be loved, to be safe, to be worthy. so these symptoms in truth hold no importance, no value.

Hey david just wanna let you know i struggled with anxiety and strong depression and definitely dpdr if not i wouldn’t be here in this videos the wolrd dosent know this exactly you have to go thru it to know am just here to let you know that a picture reminded me of this 2018 hell lasted about a year if you allow it , and i dicided to come back to let ya knw it goes away .you reach the point where it delets completely why because its not you rn its reaction of anxiety and stress ans ur like well how does it go away well everybody says i wanna go back to feeling normal , there is no normal ! Ur normal and the fact that u knw something is not right it’s because ur actually alert of it wich makes u not crazy not anything els , ur keeping ur self in this cicle because ur worried about how deep stress and anxiety feelings so ur not letting ur body and mind res so the cure for its , to wake up and say to ur feelings and all thos inside thoughts and voice ans wierd feelings off ,being off and off like in a bubble , say give the best of you and ignore itcompletely and star ur day positive and set goals u, so u can forget slowly the fact that ur scared of something this is not gonna hurt u in anyway , its just annoying and wierd nobody will get but i do i did and let me tell u am sitting here writing u this drinking a beer because i thought it was last forever but it dosent evething goes away and u will never feel like that againg 🥹😃100% out of it , ur never really in anything its just the human body its crazy be save ppl !

Hey, although I'm not the one you were asking, my take on it is to be very careful with the dosage. Yes it's "just" CBD and we think of it as barely potent but I had the baddest of bad trips with it recently. I took maybe 200mg of hash with 49% CBD in it that I put decarboxylated in my hot cocoa. I've had DR for years but dang, this was 'something else', the CBD triggered an extremely intense DPDR episode, I was trapped outside of this world and outside of time. I was conscious yet I wasn't, I was here but I wasn't, both alive and dead. I was convinced not of it was real, none of the world. My father took me to the ER (quiet night) and even though the symptoms didn't really dampen, I slowly accepted that this was real and I was only having a bad trip that would or wouldn't end and I was okay with it either way. To sum it up, be very careful with your dosage, even if like me, normal doses don't really do anything to you.

The way to fix it is to not give a fuck, we here to live it's just an experience, as long as your a good person that's literally it you don't have to dive deep into it, it's pointless like is it helping your life are you feeling better... just who cares

I like the video ..but in my personal opinion ... im here to give people hope and sitting down and waiting for symptoms to resolve just by accepting it .... u will not see recovery with dat.... recovery is an active approach... its ah problem in your nervous system. Your nervous system is burnt out and the tention thats built in your body needs to be released for your mind to open back up.... and to get that u need something call neuro-somatic experiencing where u take a body based approach... and this will regulate your nervous system and return the functionsf your brain back to nrml.... check out Suzie Baxter... healing Trauma and the Nervous system.... DPDR stems from disconnection and getting to the root will reground you and cause u to rest and feel connected again

trying to reason with / figure out unanswerable questions is only going to frustrate you further. instead of trying to find solutions and ways of life to live by, i suggest just numbing yourself to the question... accepting that it is unanswerable.

I’m sorry, so you don’t confront and communicate with your boyfriend about why there’s a problem/arguing? We must attempt to communicate to anyone about what may be happening and hopefully find a solution, or not. Just saying, there’s no problem doesn’t work. However I do believe overthinking is not good as well so I agree with that. If there’s a problem, addressing it or oneself as to why we are in the situation is ok.

Thank you for your videos. You seem so kind. Probably slightly inappropriate, but if I ended up with someone like you instead of a covert narc then, well, you know. Healing slowly. I metaphorically shake your boyfriends hand.
