SpineCare Decompression and Chiropractic Center what about for walking I have to work while in this condition cause bills won’t stop for me, so today was the first day at work through out the whole day I had to do those small exercises u showed just for the pain to go away and it helped but I still hurt n I had a limp is there anything I can do so the pain will just go away faster

So like my thighs feel great now I can sit pretty well now it feels like I’m flexing my calf muscle all the time n it hurts do you think applying icy hot or vapor rub would help?

I can't believe these worked. My sciatica has made it so that I can't walk at all. Ive been bed bound so I decided to try these from bed. I can now stand and put weight on my leg! I can't walk yet but standing after 5 minutes of these exercises is such an improvement!

I have been there. One moment fine the next I am paralysed with crippling leg pain in a shopping mall etc. so I cannot even stand. Since having 3 operations; disectomy and laminectomies, I can say I am very much improved. I am not expecting to be wheelchair bound now. These days I only take 3 nerve pain medications a day (Gabapentin) before I feel the niggly pains start again. I am supposed to take more medication, but I find I can manage with just 3 most days. Would rather risk another operation but neurosurgeons are not keen for me to. Hope you see improvement for your situation; I know it can be very overwhelming! I found it helped just leaning my back straight upright on a wall while standing. I would do that before trying the last exercise he suggested with the wall. Posture is so very important too. Good luck!

I've had 10 days of pain that has now travelled down my right leg and I found a lot of relief from these exercises along with my prescriptions I picked up today. Back pain/sciatica pain is no joke 😭

@@jeffbutler7837 I took cyclobenzaprine which is a muscle relaxer when the pain was really severe, along with a higher dose of naproxen. It really helped along side resting, heat, ice, exercising. Highly recommend HASFIT on YT they have amazing exercises that target the sciatic nerve. I still do them at least 4-5x a week and feel instant relief.

Your not alone. Sitting in my kitchen at 6am here, after not sleeping one minute all night. It’s impossible to find a position that doesn’t include the shooting pain. Sciatica really sucks. I’m glad to have found this video.

Ok when I'm walking around all day I feel fine sometimes I feel a tiny bit of pain but only minor pain and nothing really to worry about, but when I lie down everything changes if I stay still nothing hurts but right when I start moving around in bed trying to change positions bammmmmmm those sharp pains are excruciating and hurt so bad but right when I get up and start walking around for about 15 mins the pain starts going away and I'm fine the rest of the day. Even when I'm sitting it doesn't bother me it's when I'm laying down. Also another question why is the pain in my left butt cheek?

I've been dealing with sciatica for the better part of two years now, in both leg's. I've taken the muscle relaxers, pain pills etc, but nothing has helped me more than doing the exercises in this video. Thank you for posting this and, similar videos.

This is what happened after doing the 1st and 2nd exercises. I felt relief for 4 hours then did it again and felt relief for another 4 hours. Next day I did both exercises every few hours. Now it has been two weeks and no more pain even though I stopped doing the exercises. This is really effective. Thanks Dr. Rowe! ❤️

@@alesiasilva1090 yeah me too I am not doing well I wake up screaming, cursing and crying I'm not able to stand up for more than 2minutes without having to crouch down in a squat position and this has been very embarrassing as I am out shopping with my wife waiting on line people are all looking at me in extreme pain as I'm in a squatting position well my wife is taking the stuff out of the shopping cart I'm sure people are thinking I must have to pop a Squat and have massive diarrhea..😅😅🤣💩💩😖😫😟😖 I can laugh at myself about it right now as I am sitting comfortable in a chair not in pain but at the time it was not funny at all to me

I've travelled as far as Georgia all the way from New York to see a Chiropractor. His bills were not too high compared to NY. My treatments lasts about 30-45 minutes each time. But now I am back in NY, I reinjured my back and the pain was quite painful. After being down for about four days, I decided to go to the ultimate education center, KZfaq. I tried your exercises and I do feel so much better now. Thank you for the simplicity of your directions, I am feeling much better now, compared to a few hours ago.

Dr. Rowe, I wanted to write and express my heartfelt thanks to you. Having been born with nerve damage, my left leg is 3/4 of an inch shorter than the right. There is also some scoliosis and, " drop foot," on the left side. In the past 10 years, the pain has been everyday and excruciating. Thank you so much! There’s been times I can’t sleep due to pain and it’s really hard for me to find a pose that gives me a good stretch. The 4 pose twist has been my saving grace. I happened to stumble upon this channel and I cannot be happier I did. I've been suffering with Sciatic pain in my lower back and left leg for the last year or so. Due to Covid-19, I was unable to go to see a doctor or chiropractor in person and had been struggling with the excruciating pain. I can't even count how many sleepless nights I've had over this pain. But doing these exercises has given me so much relief, I feel like a weight is off my shoulders (or back I should say). Finally I'm back on my feet after been bed ridden for 3 weeks.. Pulled my back muscle so badly at work.. Back is alot better but this sciatica pain is driving me insane. These videos are amazing and it shows, this channel has grown! Watching your work and getting that relief got me back to a daily stretching routine that I forgot. Lower back feels better every now and then. I had a flexible, athletic form with mild scoliosis, after high school I got lazy and my body got very stiff, started with upper neck pain then down to my lower back where it’s hard to rotate and hurts to bend over. Slowly getting there but very much thanks to you sir 🙏🏼

I cant thank enough to Dr Rowe to show us great excercises for sciatia leg pain i was suffring in sciatic pain for several years i followed his only first 2 excercises for few time and magicaly pain almost gone now i fell much better now with almost no pain great excercise easy to follow i just subscribed Thanks a lot and God bless you.

After recent anterior approach left hip replacement, the stretch you demonstrated pushing my body sideways towards the wall gave me instant relief!! Brought tears to my eyes to finally get some relief from sciatic pain in my right leg! Thank you so very much for your video!!!

Same here, glad that this 68-yo ran into your video. Every morning when I get outta bed, my hamstrings aching, shooting pain down legs to calves. Been seeing chiropractor, but regular stretching like this is the key. Thank you for your plain, easily understandable video teaching 👍

Omg, thank you so much!!! I haven’t slept in days. No position or even Prescription pain medication could touch my pain. It hurt to even breath. I’ve been in tears and miserable until I did these stretches. I can’t thank you enough. I can finally sit comfortably and relax

Yep. I’ve had approximately 9 hours of sleep in 7 days because of the leg pain at night….😬 Going to try these stretches for sure. I need to rest.

I’ve been suffering on and off from this kind of pain for years but this week was the longest and most painful. I tried the last 2 exercises and experienced relief. I tried the figure 4 and the cobra and the sharp shooting pain is gone…thank you so much!

This video helped me the most to relieve my pain. The leaning up against the wall then pulling your hip towards the wall relieved so much pressure and pain for me as well as all other exercises in this video. Best video I’ve found online to help with sciatica pain. Thank you 🙏🏻

I just started getting sciatica a few months ago and its hard to get out of bed. I have dull to sharp pain all day since it started. I tried a few exercises for just a few min and the pain went from a 5 to a 1 in only a few reps. I will begin doing this regimen as prescribed and am so relieved its that easy to fix the problem. I tried other stretches from other youtubers and it only help minimally. I think this video may cure me!! Thank you!

I did this and the pain went from a 6-7 down to 1. Before trying these stretches, I was favoring my sore leg, even limping a little. Huge relief. Now I’m going to go watch how best to sleep until this goes away. 🙏🏼🥰🙏🏼

It's 2:30 am in India. I was feeling discomfort in my hip. Had some pain which radiated to my leg. Wasn't able to sleep. I just found this video in your list and tried all these exercises. Were you able to go out and do your usual activities in these 5 years? I have been suffering for 2 months and I can’t even go to the bathroom sometimes. I miss my old days.

I'm 61 next month, I've been a building contractor since the 80's, But I only had a sciatica nerve pain once or twice in my life...Woke up with one today...The stand up exercise, and how easy it was and the near instant relief almost bought tears of joy to my eyes. I practice martial arts and got back pain about a month ago. I tried various stretches on your channel to figure out if it may be sciatica. I tried this video and immediately get the pain receding. I felt more mobility and I was glad to find out it wasn’t a flexibility issue. I still had all my mobility after releasing the pressure.

This also works as a preventive measure. I've been doing some of these stretches for years before getting out of bed and has helped so much. I highly recommend stretching before hitting the floor.

Oh my god, I am since 2015 onwards suffering this pain. It was terrible in 2019. I went physio treatment for three days. But pain was in left hip. After that my everyday life is screwed. When I came to sit in the chair or lying on the bed, it's is the serious issues. Not allowed to do this two things. If i stand better feeling. sleep is very disturbing. Sometimes crying like a anything. Diabetic too. Exercise is the best thing, I will follow.
