Michael, I just had time to finally sit down and relax and catch up on all the Land & Sea adventure vlogs. I don't know much about the cruises and never thought of really going on one since it would just be me and my boyfriend. But wow. It almost seems unfair you only had 3 days on this cruise! It looks just absolutely incredible especially the rainforest room. Wow. I can't wait to see more! Thank you so much for sharing. It is just wonderful to see you having such a wonderful trip with your whole family.

Michael, I have to call myself out here. When I first watched your videos I got a kick out of you and laughed to myself thinking "Who is this guy? I think he may need less caffeine in his life." My dad and I enjoyed your vlog so much! We were reminiscing on our Disney Dream Cruise in 2015! I took him as a surprise for his 60th birthday he was clueless until we pulled into the port! It was spectacular! It made him so happy to watch this cruise through your eyes with your sweet family.

I loved you guiding the carnival ship in to port!! I love watching movies in the theater, too! What a fun day spending it on the ship. Yes, 3 days is not enough at all! The food choices on the buffet is the BEST! Yay for Pirates night, too! OOOOHHH I need to take another Disney cruise now. Missing all the fun!

Wow! Another great day on the Dream! Soooo much to do! Definitely need more days to see and do everything! We are hoping to do a Disney cruise at some point in life! Its on our "list" of things to do! Mike and the kids have never been on a cruise! I kmow they would love it so! Especially moments like sunrise and just out at sea! Simply breathtaking! That’s our favourite spot at Cabanas to eat also. If we can find a spot. A little ice cream tip for you. If you go to the refreshment station and grab a cup and a spoon you can fill it with ice cream rather than a cone. You can get more and don’t have to rush eating it so it doesn’t melt. Plus sometimes it’s nice to not have the cone.

The Disney Dream had to be THE most relaxing vacation I ever went on. The Aqua Duck was intimidating for me, at first, as I'm one who can't handle rides, but when I went on it, it managed to tickle that thrilling fine line between calm and too intense wondrously. I wish I could have gone on it at night. Furthermore, the ship's coffee is amazing, and the Cove Cafe has to be my favorite place on that ship, when it comes to drinks, period.

Definitely, and I've been to Disney World several times, at least 20, for the Food and Wine Festival, and the Dream BEATS it in relaxation. Granted, the time I went, my mom got concierge for my birthday, and that, alone, made the extra price worth it, because it skips the entire line to board the ship, and that line is known to be infamously long. Granted, we had two German cast members constantly making sure everything was fine. One of them even gave us a poster of the Aquaduck, saying he was one of the testers, which was cool.

The Carnival Victory is the second cruise I went on. It was a great ship. So is the Disney Magic. But we didn’t have pirate night on the victory. ☹️

Great memories of our cruise! So is basically the rainforest room hot tubs, heated loungers, and scented showers? I think that would be a nice break on a longer cruise, but on such a short cruise not sure I could fit it in to get my money's worth lol!

I remember when I was on a Panama canal cruise on the magic and they dragged the ship along the walls on both sides. Apparently captain tom (now comadore tom) was pissed off at the Panama canal pilots for doing it. The next two ports the paint crew had to use grinders to remove the marks from the rubber on the side of the ship before painting it again.

Michael did you notice any of the music in the different areas of the ship? Do they follow the same Disney Atmosphere as in the Parks? Does it change or is it eerily quiet?

Hmm, not that I can distinguish. But I would imagine, yes there is different music.

From what I remember from my Disney cruises it more depends on time of day in some locations what the music is. For example in the buffet in the morning it's more up beat stuff like belle from beauty and the beast. In the hallways around the staterooms it's mainly just orchestral music

Wrong. This is the true feeling of a ship. The royal caribbean, norwegian, carnival ships are the ones that dont feel like true ships. Rather feel like shopping malls or apartment complexes that float.
