Something you have to eat while in this city as you can only find it here. A bite and slurp like you will never have any where else.

OMG, finally have a youtuber can regconize main DIFFERENCE of my hometown Danang Hoi An bánh mì VS bánh mì Saigon is bánh mì sài gòn too SOFT not DENSE and CRUNCHY (another factor success of bánh mì PHƯỢNG came from nearby it is a bakehouse, thats why its bánh mì really hot and crunchy), Again needless to say you are truly cuisine master Max

15:39 "Dầu điều" Max mentioned is normal cooking oil dyed with Achiote seed. It gives out a deep orangish color that help food looking better.

The "chicken rice" dish is made with "Gà ta, Gà Ri" , a type of chicken raised entirely from corn and paddy so the meat is firm and delicious. Using industrial chicken will not give the same quality of meat. "Chicken rice" is delicious and the ingredients are fresh. I love your videos. Max! You are like a Vietnamese native.

That Bunh Mi looks awesome. I hope to get back to Vietnam after I get to Thailand. I love Hoian food so much. I was there just for 1 day last time. I will make it a lot longer next time.

You totally should as QT is the most wholesome and positive person on the Internet. Check out his latest video on unity food. Besides the topic of food in each video, I think you should add the topic of the landscape and culture of the places where you go to review the food. You know what I mean? Trong các loại bánh mì ở Việt Nam! Tôi thích ăn nhất là bánh mì pate truyền thống của HN với nhân xúc xích đỏ,thịt mỡ và pate với 1 đầu có miếng mỡ trắng trắng 1 đầu có cục thạch trong veo ăn ngon ơi là ngon,1 ít rau mùi,dưa chuột,tương ớt,xíu muối tiêu . Trời ơi ngon lắm luôn chớ 🤤🤤🤤🤤

This is my absolutely most favourite dish in Vietnam. I just returned a week ago from being over there in my homeland for about 3.5 weeks. I brought some of the Cao Lau dried noodles home with me, so I could make the dish here. Same with the Cao Lau croutons! I am so excited! :)

When eating "Cơm gà Hội An", a cup of sauce with blood (nước mạ) is added to eat with the rice. It will make the rice more flavorful. And the thing that makes this dish's unique flavor is chili sauce 😊

Mình là người Đà Nẵng và mình cũng cảm thấy Cơm Gà + Gỏi Gà ở Hội An ngon 1 cách rất đặc biệt. Ghé Đà Nẵng ăn Bún Mắm và đến Hội An ăn Cơm Gà... Tuyệt Vời !!!
