This is an underrated album. I Want a Woman is 5 stars easily. Should have been a hit. What’s It Gonna Be could be the best song on the album I feel. It’s a hidden gem It’s 5 stars easy

So great! I got to watch the other reviews of Ratt albums! I went to a show on this tour! Kix and Great White opened! Out door show! Place was sold out! As for the album; I still listen to it! Ratt is a top 10, maybe top 5 band for me! Warren is incredible!

It's a shame Robbin didn't get more solo work. But Warren had steadily been developing into a guitar hero. Robbin could always lay down some serious guitar licks, but he and everybody else knew Warren needed to be the lead axe man, and reluctantly took a back seat. It also didn't help that by this point, Robbin was getting deeper into his addictions, so his presents in the band was diminishing. Perhaps if Robbin was able to stay sober things would have been different. But we'll never know. Regardless, Reach for the Sky is still a pretty solid album, underrated for sure. The song "what's it gonna be" is my favorite, too bad it wasn't a single and given a video. I always enjoy the live recordings of it because of the extended outro solos. Every time I watch the Tokyo 89 performance, I get that ASMR sensation.

The more i hear this album, the more I like it. Chain reaction is a great opener, wait! Should have been the opener for side A. One of my top 3. Actually, they all (4) have that RATT attitude we all love!

I agree with what you are saying about this album, it needed a better album cover, and the record company should have released more singles; this could have been something in between hysteria and Dr. Feelgood for them period end of story. I like Ratt more than the Crue, I still love the Crue too.

Love this album

The only reason I bought this was for Way Cool Jr. I love the dirty blues groove of that song. I forgot about I want a Woman. That is a fantastic song too. I don't remember too much else from the album. When did Robbin Crosby die and 2) Did Warren DeMartini join Stevens new band when Steven left. Terrible shame that this band and Warrant fell on such hard times. There stories, to me, were a little similar except RATT had a far more talented vocalist.

Bottom line 5 star 🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻
