Hi Patrick! That’s right! One of the biggest benefits to living in our state is that we don’t have to pay state tax and I LOVE it! So much more money in our pockets to spend on other places or save for generational wealth! Have a great week!

$6.49 for milk?? I live in LA (West Hollywood), and at whole foods yesterday, I paid $4.50. At Ralphs the other day, I paid $3.50.

Most newer cars do NOT require Premium gasoline.

We do have some unbearable heat! But there are so many places with beautiful natural landscapes that can’t be seen anywhere else! We also have some amazing sunsets!
