I don't think David Beckham is overrated. I think people think he's overrated because he isn't cocky and arrogant which actually is what i like about him

Other than Charlton, perhaps Rio would make it, but the rest are quite simply awful when compared to legends like Duncan Edwards, Stanley Matthews, Tom Finney, Bobby Moore, Jimmy Greaves, Tommy Taylor, Paul Gascoigne, Dixie Dean, Nat Lofthouse, Gordon Banks, Peter Shilton, Paul Scholes etc. Geoff Hurst was never a great player, despite his 66 final hattrick.
