I know Michael was a young boy when all this happened and people don’f believe his story, but I think you all are forgetting that Griselda died in 2012. Michael spoke to his mother on a regular basis. This story isn’t just based on his memories, but also on her words.

These stories with Pablo seem like they could be fiction. Just looking at the timeline when Pablo killed the mister of defense in 1984. He had already been a multi billionaire for at least 5 or 6 years. I don't think he asked Griselda for any kind of permission to work. Rafa worked for Pablo and the Ochoas. Griseldas ego prob had her telling these kinds of stores to Michael

Spoken like someone who has zero understanding of that reality. The vast majority of human history was led by people exactly like the real Griselda Blanco. And, if anything, you are the one showing distinct signs of sociopathy by not being able to see the humanity of a person who was born and bred on life-and-death stakes. And using silly emojis to represent those real lives and deaths. You're pathetic.

One detective described Griselda as a born sociopath, unable to feel compassion or remorse whatsoever. When the little boy was accidently killed in the car, her reaction was quite different in the real life. When she was informed that the father was still alive, she was furious at first because her order had not been executed as planned. When she was told that his boy was dead, she was delighted because she had her revenge. She didn't care about the father‘s loss one bit. And not to forget: she allegedly was involved in kidnapping and killing a young boy when she was 11 years old. The series should have included her (admittedly very rough) childhood.@@amberami_

It is so great to hear the real story, and even better to see that Michael survived and turned into this charming man. Even though Netflix series is far from reality, it was a nice show to watch and actually mostly made me feel respect for Griselda. And possibly it made many people (like me) to look for more information, so more people will discover this and other sources in search of a truth. hey racontur, really upset that cocaine cowboys 2 on Netflix is not available in Latvia(( couldn't find it anywhere actually to be available in my location(

She was never the biggest drug lord in Miami. Her uniqueness was because she was a woman. When she was captured there was no mentioned of her in the Miami newspapers because there was so much drug kingpin in Miami that there was nothing special about her

Important to mention, the Ochoa family already had money and never lived in the barrio Antioquía. It was the younger son Fabito, who went down the narco route.

Episodes have been fantastic as expected so far Billy and Michael. The stock music is a killer tho it’s unnecessary and not needed for a podcast format.
